Grades this part is tooled in
- Dry carbon
Prepreg, lightest, finished twill or forged weave.
- Vacuum carbon
Gloss clear coat, the volume carbon grade.
- FRP
Primed and paint-ready, for skirts painted body color or gloss black.
- ABS
Molded-in gloss or matte black, no paint required.
Five grades run through the same molds. Ask for the grade by name on the quote — it changes weight, finish on arrival and price band, not fitment.
Questions buyers ask
- Do the factory skirts come off?
- It depends on the design. Full replacement skirts mount to the bare sill; extension designs fit over the factory skirt. The part description states which.
- Can I order a single side?
- Yes. MOQ is one piece — useful for kerb damage repairs on a car that already has the kit.
- Will skirts hit the jack points?
- The jacking positions are accounted for in the mold, but the clearance under a skirt is less than standard. Use a pad and check the position before lifting the car.
- Do skirts have to match the lip and diffuser material?
- They should, because the finish is continuous down the side of the car. Mixed grades are possible if you say so on the quote and the surfaces are prepared to match.
- What is the lower lip listed separately?
- A second-stage add-on that drops the skirt line further. Several vehicles have one; order it with the skirt from the same design so the two follow the same line.
