Will canards for one bumper fit a different bumper on the same car?

No. The mounting face is specific to the bumper shape. If you are converting the bumper, order the canards for the replacement bumper, not the factory one.

Can vent trim be ordered without the canards?

Yes. MOQ is one piece and orders can be mixed across parts.
