Carbon-Ceramic Brakes
A carbon-ceramic rotor on a machined aluminium hat, supplied as a kit with the caliper brackets, hardware and braided lines needed to fit it. Three rotor sizes; the pairing is quoted against your vehicle and caliper.

Rotor sizes
Diameter × thickness. Each rotor carries its own code etched into the edge — that code, not the diameter alone, is what goes on the quotation.
| Rotor | Diameter × thickness | Shown here |
|---|---|---|
| 360 | 360 × 36 mm | Paired set with four pads |
| 390 | 390 × 36 mm | Assembled on the hat |
| 420 | 420 × 40 mm | Assembled, plus edge and hat detail |

Prices are not published. CMST supplies tuning shops and distributors, and brake pricing depends on rotor size, the caliper it has to work with and account terms.
What ships
Supplied as a kit, not a bare rotor
A brake upgrade fails on the parts nobody photographs — the bracket that puts the caliper in the right place, the bolts that hold it, the line that reaches. Those are in the box.

Rotors on hats
One pair, rotor mounted to a machined aluminium hat on bolted drive clips that engage slots in the rotor's inner edge.
Caliper brackets
Black-finished adapter brackets, machined for the caliper and rotor the order is quoted against.
Hardware
Bracket bolts and the drive-clip hardware for the pair.
Braided lines
A pair of braided lines with fittings and copper washers.
Pads
Pads are quoted with the set — four per axle.

Exactly which brackets and line lengths ship depends on the vehicle and caliper, so the kit is built per order.
The rotor
Carbon-ceramic, internally vented, cross-drilled
The friction ring is carbon-ceramic through its whole section — the weave is visible on every cut edge and inside the vents, not a coating over a metal disc.

The hat detail — the drive clips and their bolts — is what lets the rotor expand against the hat rather than load it.
Packed to arrive intact
Rotors ship in a branded 56 × 56 × 29 cm box on a cut foam insert that holds the rotor off every wall — one axle set per box.

Before you send it
What a quote needs from you
Brakes are quoted against the corner they have to fit, not from a catalogue number. Five lines in an email are enough to get a price and a bracket drawing back.
- 01
Vehicle and chassis code
Model year and chassis code — G80, 992, W205. The chassis code decides the hub and hat.
- 02
Caliper
Make, model and piston count of the caliper the rotor has to work with, front and rear if they differ.
- 03
Current rotor size
Diameter and thickness of what is on the car now, if it is staying on the same caliper.
- 04
Wheel size
Diameter and, for tight fitments, the spoke clearance — a 420 rotor does not go inside every 19-inch wheel.
- 05
Quantity
Minimum order is one, and brakes can go on the same order as aero parts or wheels.
Send it to the sales address and the reply comes back with the rotor code, the bracket and the price.
Questions buyers ask
Which cars does this fit?+
There is no fixed fitment list yet — kits are built per order around the vehicle and the caliper. Send the chassis code and caliper and CMST comes back with the rotor size and the bracket for that corner.
Can I keep my existing calipers?+
Usually yes — that is what the adapter brackets are for. The caliper make, model and piston count decide the bracket, so they have to be in the enquiry.
Is the rotor carbon-ceramic all the way through?+
Yes. The friction ring is carbon-ceramic through its full section — the weave shows on every cut edge and inside the vents. It is not a coating on a metal rotor.
Do the rotors carry a part number?+
Each one is etched on the edge with its own code covering diameter and thickness among other things. Quote that code back and there is no ambiguity about which rotor is meant.
Do you supply pads and lines as well?+
Yes — pads, caliper brackets, hardware and braided lines are quoted with the set, so the kit that arrives is everything needed to fit it.
Is there a minimum order?+
One. Brakes can be added to an aero or forged-wheel order rather than placed on their own.
Send the chassis code and the caliper
Quotes come back with the rotor code, the bracket for that caliper and the price. Tuning shops and distributors only.
