Every vehicle below has at least one part in this category. Open a vehicle to see its kits, the material grades it is tooled in and what each kit contains.

All marques

Grades this part is tooled in

  • Dry carbon

Prepreg, heat and pressure cured. Lightest, arrives as finished twill or forged weave.

  • Vacuum carbon

High-temperature vacuum forming under gloss clear coat. The volume carbon grade.

  • FRP

Glass fiber with resin primer. Arrives primed and paint-ready — the usual choice for full conversions that get resprayed body color.

  • ABS

Vacuum-formed sheet, molded-in gloss or matte black. Volume kits that need no paint.

Five grades run through the same molds. Ask for the grade by name on the quote — it changes weight, finish on arrival and price band, not fitment.

Questions buyers ask

Can I order one part from a kit instead of the whole kit?
Yes. MOQ is one piece and orders can be mixed across parts and vehicles. The kit is a packaging and fitment convenience, not a minimum.
Are all the parts in a kit the same material?
By default yes, because the finish has to match across panels. Mixed-grade kits are possible — an FRP bumper shell with dry carbon trim is a common request — but say so on the quote so the surfaces are prepared to match.
Do I need to respray a kit?
Carbon grades arrive finished and are fitted as they are. FRP arrives primed and is designed to be painted body color. ABS and PP arrive molded black and need no paint.
How is fitment verified before the kit is tooled?
A 3D-printed sample of each panel is fitted on a real car of that vehicle before the mold is cut. The first production part off the new mold is fitted again before the kit ships.
What is the lead time on a full kit?
7–20 days for standard orders. Peak-season delays are flagged before the order is confirmed, not after.
