Aero by vehicle
Built around the car, not around a photo
Every vehicle is tooled from the vehicle's own body surface, then trial-fitted on a real car before the mold is cut.
Tesla kits
Split by facelift generation — the 19-23 Model 3 and the 23-on car do not share a single panel.
Porsche kits
911, 718, Panamera, Macan, Cayenne and Taycan, in dry carbon and FRP.
BMW kits
M2 through M8 plus the 3, 4 and 5 Series, by chassis code and model year.
Complete kits
One part number for every panel on the car
A complete kit is molded from the same body surface in one material grade, so the panel gaps match across the whole car — front lip, skirts, diffuser and wing come out of one order, not four.
Forged wheels
Monoblock and multi-piece, made to order
A separate product line from the aero kits — 6061 aerospace alloy, custom offsets and finishes, five-year warranty.

MONOBLOCK
One-piece forged, machined from a single billet.
- Lead time
- 15–25 days
- Minimum order
- MOQ 4 wheels

TWO-PIECE
Forged center with a bolted barrel — wider offset range. Electroplating and carbon wrapping to order.
- Lead time
- 25–35 days
- Minimum order
- MOQ 4 wheels
6061 aerospace aluminum, five-year warranty, and every wheel is load-, balance- and runout-tested before packing. Electroplating adds 5 days, carbon wrapping 10; wheels ship as a set of four and can be mixed into an aero order — no separate minimum.
How a wheel is made
01Forged blanks
6061 aerospace aluminum, forged before any metal is cut.
02Drawing sign-off
The dimensioned drawing is signed off with the buyer before any metal is cut.
03CNC machining
The face is machined from solid, not cast to shape.
04Balance & runout
Every wheel is spun on the rig before it is packed.
Browse by part
Or start from the part you need
Every category is tooled in more than one material grade, so the part you quote in dry carbon and the one you quote in ABS come out of the same mold.

CARBON FIBER HOODS
Vented and OE-style hoods in prepreg dry carbon or high-temp vacuum carbon.

REAR DIFFUSERS
Finished twill, forged weave or primed FRP. Our widest single category.

SPOILERS & WINGS
Body-mounted spoilers and ducktails, plus chassis-mount GT wings — two different aero devices, listed separately.

SIDE SKIRTS
Rocker extensions and skirt sets, molded to the car's own sill line so the gap closes.

FRONT LIPS
Splitter lips and lower extensions for the front edge of the bumper.

CANARDS
Corner fins and bumper-mounted aero blades for a sharper front profile.
Category names follow the CMST naming standard, so the term here is the term on the quotation.
All part categoriesMaterials
Five grades, one fitment standard
Most parts are tooled in more than one grade — the same vehicle covers a show build and a volume order.
| Grade | Process | Weight | Finish on arrival | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DRY CARBON | Prepreg, heat and pressure cured | Lightest | Finished twill or forged weave | Show and track builds |
| VACUUM CARBON | High-temperature vacuum forming | Light | Gloss clear coat | The volume carbon grade |
| FRP | Glass fiber, resin primer | Moderate | Primed, paint-ready | Bumper shells, arch sets |
| ABS | Vacuum-formed sheet | Moderate | Gloss or matte black, molded-in | Volume kits, no paint needed |
| PP | Injection molded | Heaviest | Gloss or matte black, molded-in | Impact-tolerant OE-style parts |
How a part is made
Every mold is trial-fitted before it is cut
Five stages, in-house. Note where step three sits — the master is trial-assembled on a real car before any tooling money is spent.
01SKETCH
Concept drawn by hand, then rendered in 2D for sign-off.
023D MODEL
The part is built in CAD against the vehicle's body surface.
03PRINT & TEST FIT
A 3D-printed master is trial-assembled on the actual car.
04MOLD CUT
The mold is cut from the finalized master — the first irreversible spend in the whole sequence.
05PRODUCTION SAMPLE
A sample is run off the finished mold and checked against the written surface standard.
Hardware and fitting instructions are supplied with every kit. Installation videos are available for most vehicles.

Shipping & packaging
Large panels, packed to arrive intact
Aero panels are long, thin and easy to damage in transit — and in this trade packaging that looks like anyone else's invites copies. Every order ships in CMST-labeled packaging with a product label and a parts pack, so a shortage or a knock is obvious before the customer opens it, and so a distributor can prove what is genuine.
PACKAGING
CMST-branded export packaging with a product label and a parts pack — the distinctive packaging is itself part of proving what is genuine.
ON ARRIVAL
Dry and vacuum carbon arrive finished. FRP arrives primed and paint-ready. ABS and PP are molded in gloss or matte black — no paint step.
LEAD TIME
Standard orders 7–20 days. Forged wheels 15–25 days monoblock, 25–35 two-piece; electroplating adds five days, carbon wrapping ten. Peak season is flagged before the order is confirmed, never after.
MINIMUM ORDER
One piece. Orders can be mixed across vehicles and part categories and still ship as one order, on one quote and one lead time.
